new to all this. Hi ;)

I only joined this last night. I don’t really know what else to do about my tummy. I don’t eat a lot and mfp is telling me I’m not eating enough calories. Does anyone have any tricks or ideas how to eat more without feeling rubbish? I do walk and my skipping rope never gets a night off. If I don’t eat enough then my metabolism is to slow. I hope this site will make me be a better person.

    Welcome! You'll get lots of support and good ideas on here. Try to eat a bit more if you have a higher calorie goal but add some higher calorie but dense foods like avocado, dairy and nuts. It takes a while to get the right balance and it's different for everyone.
