  • I have tried it and i noticed much more change in the second phase. But over all watch your net calories. If your eating a lot more because your working out you wont lose as much weight. Im in phase 3 of p90x and i have found that i am eating WAY more to give myself energy to work out... but im not trying to lose that much…
  • Its all about how you feel. It you have the energy to workout that soon after eating and dont get cramps or get sick i dont see any reason why you shouldnt. Personaly i like to wait an hour just because if i dont i feel very sluggish during my workouts.
  • Going over by 700 probably isnt going to hurt that much as long as its only every once in a while. As for having a cheat day... try to limit it to one cheat meal a week. Going crazy for one meal wont hurt your weight loss goals much as piging out all day.
