Definitely add me and check out my food diary I have been eating 1200 calories since I started with my fitness pal!

I've got 10 to go, and I've been fighting with them for about a month! I'd love more support!

Truvia or Stevia are my favorites and low or no calorie

I recently did a calorie calculator and it states at 115 for 90 minutes of Bikram I burn 696 calories, I've done other research and see that its pretty average to burn around 650. http://www.everydayhealth.com/Calories-Burned-Yoga.htm…

That totally happened to mine I'm in the midst of it know! I'm going to try to eat more because I'm definitely eating far less than what I'm burning.
-
It has only happened this once! and I've exercised everyday and not eaten those cals back, which is pretty standard for me. So its strange. I've been eating more sugar lately so I'm going to try and cut that out for the next couple days to see if that helps and drops me back down to 111!

Thanks, this is the first time its happened to me, and it freaked me out a bit! I liked where the numbers were headed!

I'm 5'2 and naturally really small boned so I'm aiming to maintain between 105-110.
-
5'2 and looking to lose my last 11 pounds! I'd love some motivation from others in the same boat! Feel free to add me!

Exactly, I do Yoga twice a week and my instructors always reiterate that listening to your body is key and not pushing past your limits, everyone is different in their practice!
-
I'm jumping on this bandwagon a bit late, I'm starting tomorrow! Wish me luck!

I would love to do it with you, I have had this dvd for almost a year and never consistently followed through with the 30 days!

I like skinny *****, I know a lot of other people don't but I think you can take some really helpful tips and information about food from those ladies, without becoming vegan, (I like meat and cheese way too much). Lake Austin Spa Resort has a cookbook you can order on their website for $30, its really great for healthy…

Night eating is a pain! Some tricks I have used to try and stop it, which at this point I almost have! Drink a cup of warm caffeine free tea, I like organic mint melange by mighty team this always fills me up Go to bed an hour earlier, not always possible but usually beats it If you're craving something crunchy or sweet…

Veggies and fruits! All natural peanut butter with celery or apple slices are some options. Al mok organic wheat crackers will give you the crunch you're looking for and 5 large crackers are 110 calories, its still carbs, so is the 100 calorie pop secret bag but that will also satisfy a craving without ruining your day!

I am at 1200, and I think its fine, I eat one large meal, around 500 cals, and two smaller meals with a few snacks. I usually have enough room to have fresh fruit as a dessert. The only time I have trouble sticking under 1200 is when I am going out at night when I'll be drinking. But I think sticking to healthy food…

Awesome suggestions! I love greek yogurt so that is something I should definitely be able to add in! I eat meat but I'm terrible at cooking it so I generally only have it when dining out! I'm also a sucker for peanut butter have been avoiding it because it has so much sugar! Thanks so much!

I always think you shouldn't cut anything out because you'll still crave it, so allow yourself something unhealthy once a day, that way youre still satisfying the craving! Also maybe look for healthier options like instead of regular lays get the baked ones instead! good luck and continued success with your weight loss!
