Do you have a favorite recipe book that has given you a bunch of ideas? A nutrition book that has changed your diet for the better? Or a diet/fitness log that has a really good layout (I guess that would be here... so nevermind :P )
RIght now I am all into learning about weight training. I so far learned that if I lose all this weight I can avoid "excess skin" (which often includes pockets of fat, such as on the arms or belly), I can lose wt slower, hydrate much, make sure my nutrition is adequate, and utilize weight training to get my muscle up and my fat count down... That even if I have wings on my arms when its all over they might go away when I lower my body fat amount to say 15% (I think this is where some athletes are?
Books on my table right now @ B & N :
101 Workouts for Women
Body for LIfe for Women
Super Foods Rx Diet
The Body Sculpting Bible for Women
Strength Training for Women
The New Rules of Lifting for Women
I am perusing them right now to see which ones are worth the money. Just curious if any of my fellow MFP'ers have good things on their shelves to recommend!!

Google: Recipes for gals in figure and bodybuilding
She has developed some great recipes and has a book you can order. Her story is pretty incredible as well.0 -

They have a lot of recipes that are diet specific, and best of all - free!0 -

My favorite exercise book is the "Women's Health Big Book of Exercises." There is one from Men's Health too. It does have some nutrition advice in it too.0

I like skinny *****, I know a lot of other people don't but I think you can take some really helpful tips and information about food from those ladies, without becoming vegan, (I like meat and cheese way too much).
Lake Austin Spa Resort has a cookbook you can order on their website for $30, its really great for healthy recipes I love the power bowl one, tuna and veggies!0
