That's a good question b/c I would love pinto beans over black beans any day. But, I've heard that black beans are a better option. I know that there is a huge difference b/w canned and whether you cook them yourself.

I know...I am a bit embarrassed b/c I had NO idea what I was putting into my body. I will even look at something now and say, nope, I don't even want to eat it b/c i don't want to write it down. Thanks for the offer of support! :happy:
