I think skinny sounds unhealthy - like the opposite of fat. Lean, slim, fit, toned etc all sound "healthy weight" - skinny sounds underweight.

Oy, that sucks. And I can't believe some of the responses! I would try: 1) talking to them like rational humans 2) lockable fridge in room 3) poison and/or *kitten*-whupping. Or make yummy things, freeze them and label them really unappealingly - lentil burgers, sauerkraut, brussel sprout curry etc.
