I just want to know, will it turn to plastic in the microwave?

Student loan forgiveness, no. I would like to see the interest forgiven and the principle payable without penalty so that many or most could afford to pay off their loans over time.

~Name: Rhonda ~Relationship: Soul Mate; together for ten years, married for six. (We met in 2002, but I've known her my entire life) ~Physical: Everything, hair, eyes, build; she grows more beautiful with every passing day. ~Non-Physical: Wonderful personality, intelligent, great sense of humor, and she puts up with me.

What's even worse is when you enter a specific food correctly, and it is edited to an incorrect calorie amount.

There is nothing shameful about the human body, it is a magnificent and beautiful work of art. Why should it be hid on a health/fitness site of all places? We should all be happy to see what we can achieve. I am reminded of the comments of a baptist minister many years ago, when he walked past a teenage girl in a halter…

I don't think using a term like "PIEHOLE" is a good idea for dieting and health conscious individuals, perhaps something like "WHOLEGRAINHOLE" would be more supportive...

Bump - - - No, not a troll, my wife may be interested and I wanted to hold the page so she can look it over later. Happy March!

"Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?" Oddball in Kelly's Heros (1970)

She knocked on my door in 2002, I asked her in for the evening to get to know her. Little did I know that not only did I invite her into my home, but into my heart.

Awesome! Truly motivational.

Special Reserve brandy with eggnog... and a shot here and there of the brandy, straight up.

The same as I resolved back in 2000, not to make New Year's resolutions, but to assess my life throughout the year and make the necessary changes at that time instead of once a year.

I just waited for her to knock on my door, and one day she did; it will be ten years in February that love knocked upon my door...

Google "pace calculator" then fill in the time and distance, it will do the rest. Here's a link for one... http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/4/4_1/96.shtml

I'm much the same, so we just tapered back on carbs and incorporated more things with whole grain and high fiber. We still use regular pasta (I don't care for the whole grain it's just not the same) but in cases like this, it's portion size servings and lots of healthy foods with it, like vegetables and lean meats. It's…

Hi, I'm here with my wife, son and daughter. It's working great for all of us; hope you all succeed as well.

Your doing it right, keep at it and don't let them stress you. If you over do it now, your not going to even be able to do what your doing, so take your time and don't push harder than you feel comfortable with.

The answer to both is no and no. Man or woman, it doesn't matter, we are all responsible for our own actions and can choose to do the right thing or the wrong, but the choice is ours alone. There were, are, different options available, even separation, but cheating is just that, and no matter what we cheat at, we only…

If I'm not mistaken, I think there's a few websites that do all this?

Bump ~ always looking for low cost running shoes. Actually even low cost trainers, too

get the doughnut, break it in half and enjoy 150 calories of splurging on it, take the other half and stick it in her eye and ask her way she can't be more supportive... Just kidding. If you want to bring something I would think that a fair compromise, or, just eat a half of what ever is the healthiest choice and keep in…

Keep in mind that some of the gain is nothing more than fluid around the injury, as well as fluid retention from your change in exercise reduction. It will come off quickly, as will the few pounds you more than likely gained. Focus on healing, negative energy like this will only delay the process.

Here's one guy who's not here for dating, but for seriously wanting to get healthy again. Besides, who wants to shag a fat guy who's out of shape? On top of that, my wife won't let me date other gals than her, and finally, I don't like to shag like a Rottweiler, I like it slower, longer, and multiple positions... ;)

I love to dance! I don't think I'm very good at it, but I don't see anyone splitting a gut so it can't be too bad. Oh, and I don't need any alcohol either.

New Balance N-4. It has the chest strap, does up to 9 runs, has all the functions, and was very reasonably priced,

that's interesting, I'm curious as well. If this is the case, then instead of six-pack abs, I must have a case?
-
Way to go, that's awesome. Keep it up.

I haven't read it yet, but will in a few minutes. I do agree, however. Of course, if a person over does the sugar, it's going to add a lot of empty calories, but in moderation I don't see where it's such a bad food. There is the fat issue, though. Many sweet foods also contain a lot of fat and or starch, and there is the…

Yep, a real pain in the @rse! I broke my tailbone in several places many years ago, so sitting can really aggravate it, but with proper posture it's usually not too bad. However, after dropping forty pounds, I have found myself becoming sore from sitting for prolong periods, no matter how I sit. So, yes, there is…
