I am making this program it calculates your body fat % using a method used by the NAVY, it calculates your BMR and AMR, it tells you your body fat%, your lean muscle mass, your fat mass, you can even set a goal of weight to lose. You enter the amount of weight you want to lose by when, and it will tell you how many calories you need to consume. Is there anything else I should add???

I am happy to test this.

Options for different goals (1 vs 2 pounds to lose) would be great!

I started this in a console program (like command line). It should work on mac, it just calculates your bodyfat though...

Yes, there is, this program isn't complete. IIt's going to compare your stats from when you started, to where you are currently, a friend recommended to be able to add your pictures to the program... might do that, I don't know yet. I don't know of any website that has all these options with 1 click and the ability to save the data and compare it to a later date.

There is, see the 2 boxes that says "Pounds to lose" and "in how many days" you enter that information, and at the bottom it will tell you how many calories you need to consume daily to reach your goal. Right now it says "2,074"

It wouldn't work on MAC as that uses objective-c and that's written in C++

That's like saying, java, cobol, visual basic... C#, etc.... don't run on windows.
