I just had a snack too. I reached my Cal goal too, but I was still hungry so I just ate a granny smith apple (i love them), and now I am satisfied :) I think fruit is the way to go!

I have been doing quite well with the caloric deficit, sometimes I am even below my 1200cal. :smile:

You NEED to start VERY slow. When I started eating meat again I had very big digestive as well as bowel issues(instead of constipation I experienced very violent diarrhea-for weeks!!!) , because I did NOT take it slow :happy: Everybody is different, but I think the longer you have been a vegetarian/vegan the harder it's…

I find it kind of difficult logging everything accurately because I eat home cooked meals mainly.
