Hello. I'm 5'9" and currently weight 311. Obviously, I have a long way to go. My first goal is to reach 250. Ultimately, I'd like to be 160-170. It's going to be a loooooong journey.

fast food. this has always been my biggest weakness...if i allow myself to have it just once, i think it will open a door to making more bad choices. So, I haven't had any in 5 weeks! And i don't even miss it!

great motivation...i'm going on week 4 and getting frustrated that the scale only moved in week 1. but knowing that you kept up the hard work and it paid off is really good motivation to just keep moving forward! Congratulations!

I can't say i agree with "Everything in Moderation"...there are some things that i just can't eat if i want to be successful on this journey. Fast food has always been a big addiction for me. It's a "gateway drug" in my opinion. If i allow myself to eat a McDonald's cheeseburger once, then i'll want the fries to go with…
