Hi..i just recently joined. Looking for some good encouragement. I'm doing WW, but would like to find a way to incorporate this into my daily program. I would love to lose 50 lbs. Hope everyone has a fabulous day!

    Think of this as your support group at ww. Instead of a weekly meeting you have a DAILY meeting with people who are here soley to encourage you and be encouraged. It's a win-win situation!

    Feel free to add me as a friend if you like! Please promise though that you'll eat a reasonable amount of net calories (1200 at least) and won't go for dodgy weight loss shakes or other fads! :flowerforyou:
