I have an 8 month old that eats EVERYTHING, lol. I started her with the fresh veggies ( carrots, squashes, sweet potatoes regular potatos etc) Since this is a little thicker than baby food it gets them used to "chewing". A lot of us struggle with the image in the mirror. Maybe a trip to a good doctor will do you good, a doc that cares and tells you at which weight he beleives (in his professional opinion) that your body will be heathiest, sometimes hearing it from themmakes a difference. My understanding is that the calories that you burn while exercising are not the ones that really count at the end for weight loss. I have read that the strategy behind it is to get the body in a condition that it burns faster even at rest, soooo, if you burned 10 calories while reading before, after you get healthier…

It happens to everyone apparently, it's called distorted self image and oddly enough people with anorexia suffer from the same exact thing!!! I can only see the change in pictures, even I change 2 or 3 sizes (up or down) I don't see it. This time around I saw a picture of my best friend and I taken last week, that did it…
