you can always check with your cities visting center to see if the have specified runners trails. maybe running along with others will help you.

what excersise do you do one a daily basis? maybe add more to it. it may sound simple but your body may be getting used to your work out? add different stuff like if you run all the time for your cardio try swimming or take a class or too. are you loosing inches? or gaining muscle? this can happen too.

flax seeds are great low fat proteins that everyone should be taken. and they have been linked to lean body weight and are full of omega 3's for people who hate fish.
