You may need to decrease your carb intake. How many calories are you consuming per day. You can go into your goals and put your current weight in and it will adjust your calorie intake for you.0

I've been trying to eat as much protein as possible and I started 30 DS as well as some Pop Pilates to increase my cardio. Hoping that this will get the scale to come down again!0 -
do you eat all your exercise calories now?
is your weight loss set to 1 lb/week? did you try 1/2 lb?
I am highly opposed to eliminating carbs; especially if you work out a lot. I can't see your diary, but if you open it, I'd be happy to give an opinion (I have lots of them, ha ha).

i lowered my carb intake and upped my protein intake..
Well if your protein intake is higher than your carb intake, you could consider a natural metabolism booster to "encourage" your body to go after those last few pounds you are looking for.
By natural, I mean natural. Cinnamon, Pomegranate (REAL POMEGRANATE, no juice), Hot peppers. Aside from that my only other suggestion would be to increase cardio, and to vary your cardio each time.
Ex. Mon - 1hr Treadmill
Tue - 30 Minute StairMaster
Wed - 1 hr Elliptical
Thur - 2 hr Bike
Just a suggestion, find what works for you, you will reach your goal but don't loose sight of what you have already accomplished in the process!0 -
what excersise do you do one a daily basis? maybe add more to it. it may sound simple but your body may be getting used to your work out? add different stuff like if you run all the time for your cardio try swimming or take a class or too. are you loosing inches? or gaining muscle? this can happen too.0
