  • That is what is meant by 'muscle wieghs more than fat'. A smaller amount of muscle will wiegh more than the amount of fat at the same weight. But again, pay attention to what your body looks like, clothes fit, and how you feel when exercising. Those are key factors in whether or not you are becoming a healthier you.
