To get in shape, so I can finally look good in a bikini! And go to the beach! I plan to do more workout classes, and jog more. And consume lots of sugar free Popsicle... very tasty.

I wish I had someone to work out with. I like this site, and I just joined on Easter. I really want to be a size 6. I have never been a size 6 ( except freshman year of high school ). I'm hoping motivation from others and counting calories helps. My bad habit was eating cereal out of the box while surfing the internet.…

Did you know that almost every place can sub boca burgers for real burgers. Once you add the bread and toppings, it tastes pretty darn good. It's not the same, but good.

Applebees has a salad that has 6 weight watcher points ( not sure what that means calorie wise, but it must be ok ) that has grilled chicken, fruit, and lettuce. It was so good. I just can't think of the name of it.

Thanks! I know the basics, I have been trying to lose weight as long as I can remember. I need to do more weights, because I do 3 sets of 12 reps of something, but I am not sore at all. I must not being doing enough weight. Cardio I have down. I haven't really counted calories before. I'm hoping that is going to be the key…

I need motivation too! Hi, I'm new. :) My first goal is to weigh 150. I currently weight 156-157. I love working out, but I'm not losing weight. Maybe counting calories will help! I've been trying to loose weight for years....
