I'm having the same problem! I'm hoping it's just that my knees aren't used to being active and it's the same as muscle pain. I'd really hate to know that I"m damaging my knees just by trying to get active :(

it was riiiiiiiiidiculous for me the first time i did it! i'm on day 5 and i'm still a sweaty heaving wreck the entire time, but it is definitely do-able! just gotta power through and scream at jillian and when you're done just lay on the floor and cry ;)
