it all depends on how you feel - some people can eat all their exercise calories and loose weight. For me, I can't loose weight eating them all. I need a calorie defecit in my diet. I agree with many other people commenting - you need to eat healthier and more often! Avoid anything processed. Try to shop the outside aisles of the grocery store (produce, meat, dairy).
