I would not sync with MFP. i just manually record my active minutes.

You can always listen to people. I dont care if they think they know it all because did a certain way. Every body works differently. I for one ALWAYS lose inches in my thighs, hips, abs... if i just simply walk and do stairs. I think that you have to find out what works for you along with your good diet of course.

I didnt get mirena. I was on DEPO for two years gained 60lbs, was depressed feeling all the time, had night sweats...all kinds of stuff. so If you switch to somehting DO NOT Switch to Depo shot.

I dont know I think that in every sport there is a overweight coach, dance coach, ballet teacher, cheer coach, etc.. You can do it! Just begin to thing different. Don't think about your mental state and how it effects your abilities. Think about your goals and how you can reach them. Make a small goal each day and then build from their. Your MFP family is here for you. You will do this and you will find healing. :)

I have a weight watchers scale I have had it for years. all i have had to do is change the batter and it is still accurate.

If you have EAP or counsleling through work. I would probably get some counseling. As far as food prepare it in advance take an hour one day to get it all done. I have alcohol. I usually try to cut calories still though. I will use diet soda or less sugar content juices for mixed drinks. I like the skinny margarita and skinny sangria. I also enjoy just a simple glass of wine sometimes. I am not leaving it out because it will not be my reality.

Every trainer I have ever talked to recommends eating 5 to 6 time a day. Granted soem of those meals will be larger but it is good to eat all day. God for your metabolism and blood sugar levels.
