  • Yeah I have bad knees......i just have to really concentrate to do my squats and lunges without jutting my knees out over my ankles. It works out okay as long as I take the rest days

  • Hello fellow jammers, I just got chaLEAN EXTREME. Super excited to start. I am kind of thinking that I want to add in some extra cardio to the work out schedule. Does anyone else do chaLEAN EXTREME? What do you think about following chalean extreme and addind in some turbo jam cardio parties. ??????????
