Try cutting out all processed foods. When I eat nothing but fruits and veggies, and lean meats, it takes FOREVER to hit my calorie limit and I feel like I've been eating all day! You won't lose if you are way under your calories--because then you are in starvation mode. Also, it depends what you are eating. Are your food choices good food choices? Or just small amounts of nutrition-devoid foods? Have you seen a doctor and had your thyroid checked? ...and what kind of exercising are you doing?

My husband and I allow ourselves to eat whatever we want from noon on Saturday to noon on Sunday. This helps w/any feelings of being deprived. And because we log what we eat, we tend to eat less of our favorite things than if we didn't :)
