has anyone tried the one where you take a box of cake mix and pudding mix, mix and use 3 Tbs of mix, add a Tbs of oil, water, and an egg white and nuke for just over a minute?

I cut it into tiny pieces and add it to my scrambled egg or omlette. It makes the egg creamier which is nice with the salsa/veggie omlettes I've been eating lately.

I would also recommend looking into a bento box for hot things; my ex-coworker swore by them. My new job is a mile from my pad, so I only take small snacks and eat lunch at home now. Good luck!

last night, I took half of one, nuked it, shredded it, added two teaspoons of butter and salt and pepper, and ate it with broiled tilapia. Tomorrow, I'm going to try making up the other half as hashbrowns in some form. I don't know how it will work, but it's not a bad thing to try things out of the box. :flowerforyou:

Zucchini brownies were my favorite thing before I had to quit chocolate. They're healthier as you don't use as much oil and you don't notice the zucchini if you do a fine-shred instead of a course one.
