Hey Everyone,

I started a new program and I need to consume 40% carbs, 40% protein, and 20%
Fat and a total of 1650 for calories. Anyone have idea of what a day of meals would be for that. I keep finding myself playing the guessing game then going over certain percentages or feeling hungry
