I lost 75 lbs using the Bodybugg and would highly recomend it to anyone needing to lose a lot of weight. It's such a great tool to use for managing your calories. If you can find a way to pay the 10$ a month for the online subscription, I'd say do it! It's worth every penny.

I've been putting 1 tsbp. of Nutella on one of those Quaker 35 cal rice cakes. SO good, and only 135 calories! Or sometimes for dessert, I'll have 1 cup of Silk Light SoyMilk (70 cals) and a VitaTop (100 cals). A great dessert for only 170 cals that's packed with protein, keeps me full til morning!

Please help me understand this. The more you lost, the more you needed to eat? I've been losing weight for a little over a yr now and have lost 75 lbs, so I'm down to 129 now.
