  • During that time of the month the body uses an extra 350 calories (though it varries from person to person). Also if you get emotional, it could be emotional hunger and not real hunger~

  • It seems like no matter what I weigh, my measurments are always the same. :/ At 150, my measurements were 36-25.5-42 (a size 2 for waist and 8-10 in pants) clothes are nearly impossible to find unfortunately :/ I'm 145 lbs currently and my goal is 115-120 lbs or 34-22-36 :) hopefully I'll get there soon haha
  • I'm 5"6.5 and currently 145lbs and wear a size 4-6 in pants (2-4 in shirts). My goal is about 110-115 lbs, I don't really know what size that would be on me though :)
