As far as what I burn, right now I'm on crutches after knee surgery, so not much. When I'm running regularly, I'm burning 600-1000 calories per run (between 5-13 miles). I eat almost all of it back, too, in calorie dense nuts and fruits, lean meats, lots of veggies, and delicious (naughty) coffee creamer. I've lost 45lbs.0 -

Used the TDEE, BMI & BMR advise from another member (found link on MFP) advises to set goal as TDEE - 20% and not to "eat back" excersise. Heavy exercise day eat more.
I walk briskly every lunch time for 1/2hr, when weather better will be plying golf at least once a week, and about to buy bike to take up cycling again.
MFP had me at 1940 and I was eating back cals, only started properly 2 weeks ago and looking to see how this works out.

Calories: 1405 (i started at 1200, but i found that once i hit a plateau, if i increase my calories, my body would rev up again and loose pounds!)
I work out 5-6 times a week and burn anywhere between 350 (when only toning or lifting) to 600 (when doing cardio) calories.
Anyone have any tips for these last 15 lbs that seem to want to stick with me!?!!? Need work-out tips for tummy/abs. I've been doing Zumba since January and I've seen a drastic improvement! I swear by it! But now my body has yet again hit a plateau....help!0 -
