girls, if you are 5'7 or 5'8 or 5'9 or somewhere around there please reply and let me know your age, height, weight (in pounds please), how many calories you eat per day and how many you burn per day. Also please include what your goals are (losing weight, getting toned, gaining weight, etc)

31 Years old, 5'9 and currently weigh 187. My starting weight was 192 and my goal weight is 160. I eat only 1200 calories a day and when I try to burn at least 400 calories working out.
I am working on losing the weight right now. Toning isnt as important to me as not havig the weight.0 -

Hi, I'm 30, my height is 5'7, my weight: is 154 Lbs, my aim is <1200 cals daily , and burn 200 cals for 3-5days per week.....

Currently 166 pounds, my goal is to weign in at 150 pounds..!!
I eat around 1800-2000 calories per day follow my a lot cardio/ strength training 3 times per week
My starting weight was at 230 pounds, I need to tone up, tight up and finish this fat loss! We can do it!!!0 -

I've only lost a couple pounds so far, since I only decided to do this FOR REALS about two weeks ago.
I decided to go low-carb and cut out as many grains as possible. All my carbs are coming from fruit. I'm trying to eat lots of protein, veggies and fruits. So far so good! Consuming less calories but feeling more full than usual.
Goals: lose 10 lbs by mid-March (for my birthday), lose another 5-10 for summer so I can feel good in a bikini!0 -

I am female, 56 years old, 5 ft. 8. I weigh 190 and my goal is 145. I do 1.5 hours a day doing various exercises. I have a lot to choose from treadmill in apt. , belong to a Fit club, do TV exercise programs. I have had Asthma since my 30s so I don't exercise outside in extreme weather. In decent weather I walk/run outside. My diet is basic, if I exercise my 1.5 hours, I get 1400 calories, otherwise it is 1300. 1200 is just not for me because I go to bed very hungry on that amount. Recent changes on upping the ante on losing is getting in that 1.5 hours of exercise plus keep moving. Last night for the first night in 10 years I did not have a midnight snack. I will do it again tonight too, skip it again. This is major for me because I have Nocturnal Eating disorder.
I am eating my 5 fruits and veggies a day even if I have to eat it out of the can on none grocery shopping days. Future goals (soon) drinking more water, cutting down on diet soda or quitting it. I am taking Flaxseed oil as of today, it helps with bathroom issues and it has a lot of good benefits. I did read where it can cause blood to thin and not to take it if you go into surgery. I only take 1000mg a day compared to the recommended 1000 3X a day. As I learn new health benefits and diet or fitness related improvements I will research and take heed.0
