    I'm supposed to eat 1230 calories a day, but I do less sometimes, and I lose about 500
    I was 198 when I started my diet on thw 28th of Dec and Ive lost 2 pounds
    I gained my weight from stress, terrile eating habits and I had a baby in May 2012

    I eat about 1800 calories per day. Mon, Wed, Fri I burn about about 1300 to 1400 calories. Tues, Thurs, Sat I burn between 500 and 800 calories. I do group fitness at my local gym...combination of Body Pump (3xperwk), and cadio including Step, Step with 5lb hand weights, Zumba, Cardio/Core and Pilates. Im really focused on my Body Fat Percentage as I feel that is a better indicator of overall health and fitness.

    I am 56 years old. 5'11" and weigh 179. My goal weight is 163. As you get older, it gets harder! Some days I eat alot and some days not. It is very hard to be consistent, but I strive for about 1400-1500 calories per day.

    44 years old in real years. In Mom years, I'm over 900 years old.
    I'm currently at 196 pounds.
    My GOAL is 155. Anything less than that would be a huge bonus.
    My calorie goal is 1510 per day which I've done to maintain...until today. Bad diet day, but that'll happen. I'll burn it tomorrow.
    I usually burn about 500 calories doing martial arts or 200 plus doing the treadmill, it depends on the day.

    I am 5'7 and weigh in the high 150's. I don't know the exact number because it fluctuates, but my goal is 135. My calorie allowance is at 1200 but I may change that (Im just starting out so I may experiment and see what is most realistic for me). I want to be at 135 by May.

    My starting weight originally was 185 lbs
    my starting weight when i joined MFP was 177 lbs
    My current weight is 160 lbs (it was 155 before Christmas wahhhhh)
    My goal weight is 150 lbs, and if i still have weight to loose by then, it will be 145lbs, depending how i feel

    Daily burn: 500 cals
    Daily intake around 1300 (plus eating back any exercise cals i burned so more like 1700)

    I currently eat around 1350-1400 calories a day, and I burn about 500 calories daily doing workout videos and/or cardio.
    i would love to be a size 6, but since I have never been thin, I don't know how much I would have to weigh to be that size.

    I burned around 600 today during boxing, and I'm going to eat it all back! YUM!

    I weigh 142 and am interested in increasing lean muscle.

    Slowed down to about .5-1lb week now, eating 1300-1500/day exercising 60mins/day
    Goals: lose last 10lbs, tone up, gain some muscle, lose my tummy (2 kids- argh!)

    My goals are too lose weight. Living in Miami where it's beach season all year i want to be able to go to the beach without hiding my abdominal area and feeling self concious. Will be doing Insanity on Monday 1/14 to reach my goal of a more toned body - i try to hide away from the scale as id rather loose alot of iinches than numbers on a scale!! =)

    Ordinarily I work out five or six times a week and burn ~500 calories, but I haven't been able to lately, so am trying to eat < 1200 calories to make up for being sedentary. I'm sure it's killing my metabolism, but dgaf.
