Yep, heavy weights have made a difference for me too. I hired a trainer to show me proper technique, and saw results within the first two weeks. If you're circuit training with weights your heart rate stays elevated, so no need for a separate cardio session! :happy:

Thank you for this! Processed food (mostly packaged food) is not what our bodies want. While it may be easier to grab a quick frozen meal or bag of chips - it's basically junk and a waste of calories. I find it just as easy to grab a piece of fruit and/or snack on some veggies when I'm hungry. Filled with fiber and veggie…

I noticed I wasn't eating enough calories the first two weeks I started tracking. I was getting plenty of protein, carbs abd fats, just not enough calories, so I started eating more fruit and it's helping. I really like oranges! Good luck! :-)

Yes, multi-vitamins are definitely worth the extra expense. Unless you are eating a completely "raw" diet (unprocessed, uncooked) you are probably not getting all the micro nutrients you need. You also mentioned you are lactose intolerant, so be careful when selecting your vitamins. You'd be surprised how many vitamins…
