I did 2 week of TF, then had to stop cause of cold that turned into flu. Been hacking and coughing all week. Dotor said I should stay off exercise until at least mid next week, but if my coughing has slowed by Monday I'm going for it! Got my HRM on Monday and been dying to try it out!

Hello everyone. I would love to join this group! I am 27 and would love to be a size 10 (AUS), currently a larger size 12 c:( I have a cold/ flu at the moment, had a head cold and took it slow last week with exercise but today I cant stop coughing so Im finally forced to the couch :(

Hey everyone Zee from Brisbane :) Been using MFP for about a week now. Also 2/3 weeks into a new exersice routine. Had to take a break this week because I busted me knee and got the flu!
