Hello, i've been here for about 5 days now and i am loving it. I am getting a steady increase in Friends and it's good that we all give each our motivation.

    I'm loving it so far :) It's a great way to count calories, and i believe this is where i have been going wrong most of my life food wise. It is a good change. And the healthy foods and liquids are really giving me more energy(Sometimes to the point where i find it difficult to sleep... Like now :P)
