man, that sounds rough! but try fitting in excersise in small places. Like maybe going for a walk with the family or playing outside with your kids. Even if you cant fit in a whole hour workout, just do twenty minutes of something like cardio or kickboxing, something that burns alot of calories in a short amount of time.…

i am on day four and the first three days i was REALLY sore. its a little better today, just keep pusing yourself and it will get easier! :)

i have a major sweet tooth too! expecially for ice cream, but Skinny Cow has amazing ice cream bars for half the calories of regular ice cream, but tastes just as good :)
