So I'm going into week 3 of MFP! And doing really well. I'm just still getting my sweet tooth cravings once in awhile. I haven't given in, because I deserve more than that... but ahhhh it's on my mind. I'm trying to stay busy and not think about it, ya know?!

Just a suggestion, but don't TOTALLY give up your sweets.. This is a life change not a diet.... If you want to succeed and not Have a break down in consuming way to much in a day.. let yourself have what you like but in moderation... I used to get a LARGE blizzard at DQ... now I get a small and make sure I have worked out that day
just a suggestion but from past experience if you give up what you love.. your doomed to fail.... GOOD LUCK
