I have just bought a fitbit earlier today and I was wondering this same exact thing. Would I be better off buying an FT7 as well to use for my workouts? Its just that I read that the fitbit may be damaged through very sweaty exercises. Would the HRM give a better indication of calories burned in sessions? Thoughts...

I have never been in a situation but I would assume that people in this category would know that an offer for them to sit isnt offered to be offensive but to genuinely help them. I would offer at least get up and make an offer. Is that correct??

Being a university student myself and commuting on 2 buses and a train ... I am sad to say that I see this all the time and it annoys the hell out of me. Ever since I can remember, I have always got up to offer my seat to any older person no matter who it was. It is just what should be done. Even to this day I am the first…

Agreed with the posters above. Please please call the police now if you havent done so. His "excuses" are alraming, you hear all to often from victims that their attackers thought that they were, protecting, sharing their 'love' and all that sort of crap. You do not know what this guy is actually capable of or what he…

I agree with the above. Everyone has given really good advice, try it! But in the end, if you still feel TRAPPED and that you are NOT SAFE... MOVE! Your security is of the utmost importance, if you do not feel safe in your own home the best thing you can do is move. Do not provoke this guy. Do not cuss him out or make any…

OMG ... I have a genetic eye condition that puts me into a similar situation as you. My blood vessels in my eyes are very weak and they hemorrhage quite a bit. It also excretes scar tissue which detaches my retina. I fully understand what you are going through and the limitations caused by this. Good Work .. Keep on doing…

I was a nerdy loner goody-2-shoes misfit!! I had only 2 acquaintances that I would talk to and sit with during lunch breaks etc. But I never had any BFF which I hung out with after school. I was so shy that I always felt uncomfortable (I was also obese so that would not have helped). For the most part I was invisible ...…
