When I decided to stop adding all the extra stuff I went cold turkey! It was a test of will power. I did find out I’m a little picky with the brands and flavors of coffee. In the beginning, I did have to add ice to my coffee because it was a lot hotter when I stopped adding all the extras(cream) stuff and I didn’t have…

I just had cold grilled chicken for lunch and it’s one of my favorite things to pack when we travel. I am also a fan of snack plate lunches, so when I need to pack I lunch I will bring hard boiled eggs, grilled chicken, cucumbers, grapes, baby carrots and dill pickles. You could add crackers, cheese, yogurt, and so much…

When we travel I always grill chicken and take it with me. I have had a few hotels not have a microwave(mostly overseas), but all have had a mini fridge. I also do hard boiled eggs, small container of hot sauce or even salsa. I will also take cut veggies, fruit, almond butter, a few paper plates and utensils. If you room…

I have been no “added sugar” for 20 months. It has been great for me. I don’t find it particularly difficult, but I love to cook and prefer to eat home. Eating out is difficult, but I am also GF, DF, soy free, so that is what makes it challenging. I no longer wake up and feel hung over. I sleep better, have fewer…

Just found you all❤️! Going to set my goal a 100 mile ran in August. I am training for my 1st half marathon. I am doing a 5K on 12/1 and my half on 12/2. Up until July I had never ran more then 2 miles without stopping and I had only done that a few times. I did a lot of run/walk and could walk forever, so running is new…

Coffee and water! I have food that I love and eat often, but nothing that is a must have.

Congratulations! Training for my 1st in December. Did you use your Apple Watch during the run and if so did last the whole race? I am worried mine will not if I also listen to music. Sorry for the random question 😀

I am training for my first half. I am doing the Rock and Roll San Antonio half and 5K in Dec. My goal is to just run the whole thing. Last month the most I had ever ran without stopping was 3 miles!

Add me

I push my stroller with one hand, so it tracks my steps. I also push a shopping cart with one hand, so it counts my steps. I know when I had a Fitbit I would put it on my shoes when I went out with the baby, but that’s not an option with the Apple Watch, so I do the one handed thing.

Feel free to add add me. Open dairy and most days under 100 g/day.

I would also look at what you are eating. For me higher protein with lots of veggies keeps me from feeling hungry. I also cook all my meals at home and feel like I get a bigger bang for my buck. I know for me 150 calories in chips will not keep me full, but 150 calories of veggies will.

Here are my meals from today. You could add a few extra things and be at 1300

I am on a round, but plan to keep going. Thinking of doing a whole60. Feel free to add me.

You can add me! I try to eat Whole30 and have been looking into Keto.

Sweet potato toast, large Portabella mushroom caps, lettuce wrap.

Feel free to add me! I need some motivation and would love to help others.

I entered my calories amount and didn't let MFP do it for me. My little on is 13 weeks today. I added the 500 for EBF, but I don't eat my exercise calories back. Feel free to add me!

Congrats on the little one. My little guy is 11 weeks and we walk a lot. I walk after I drop my older two off at school. I try my best to eat healthy, drink lots of water and walk.

My little guy is 11 weeks and we go for lots of walks. We did little over 4 miles after I dropped the kids off at school. I have lost all the baby weight and now working on the rest I want to drop. I also don't eat any extra calories for EBF. With my second I did lose anything while breastfeeding, but I got an IUD at 6…

Please feel free to add me. I have a 9 week old and a 7 and 10 year old. I have days that I want to eat the house and other days I want nothing. Plus little man's favorite place to sleep is on me. I pump so the DH can give him a bottle and I can shower, eat or sleep in, but DH is always at work. So I ended up feeding him…

I got 3 and my youngest is 7 weeks tomorrow. Feel free to add me.

I just really started trying to drop the baby weight and then some. My little one is only 1 month and he ended up being a c-section. I have been walking and need to start tracking my food better. I just don't want my milk supply to drop.

Thanks! That is still a big jump for me, but I will try to make it work.

I took 20% off of 2035 (moderate) I got my numbers from fat2fit, but when I run them now I get TDEE of 2137 for moderate. Thtat would have me at 1709cal.
-
What I need to eat would then be 1444(if light) or 1628(if moderate)? I would be moderate because i am working out 5 days/week.
