I did Level 3 after all. I don't know how I made it through but I got there anyway. I don't think I can avoid being sore tomorrow.

Hi ladies. I got to sleep in today thanks to my very sweet DH. And I'm not sore today which really surprised me. I think I'll stick to level 2 today and give my body a little break. I hope everyone is having a good day.

Katie - I'm right there with you. My DH works away from home most of the time and it's just me and the kids during the week. And 3bb it'll be tough to stay away from the cake. I really hope I can do it. And it'll be just us and the kids. And then we'll go out on the weekend with friends.

I'm doing good. My weekend was pretty good too. I made it through level 3 of Shred without wanting to quit towards the end. Dana - You can use your own body weight. Do push ups, lunges squats. You can use cans or water bottles as weights. Dance or just get out and walk.

I'm not really counting. I counted for a while and pretty much know now what I can and can't eat. But I'm not focused on losing anymore just toning.

Thanks 3babybeans. I stuck to working out 3 times a week but my weight stalled. Which isn't a biggie because it's already healthy. But I do want to lose a couple more inches on my waist and drop a size. My goal is to be toned by Christmas :) But I realized that I'm more motivated to work out when I have work-out buddies.

11/5 and I did level 3 again. That's 3 down and 27 to go. Everything feels like jello right now. I think I'll do level 2 tomorrow to give me a little break.

I have been doing it for a while. I think I did Level 1 for a week and then level 2 until I could make it through without feeling drained afterwards.

I'm in. I just put them in the playroom and then I work out. And my older two try to work out too which looks so funny (they are 4 and 2). The laugh every now and then keeps me motivated. And I take them on long walks. It helps me and wears them out = longer naps.

This might be a stupid question but what would I have to change to focus on toning? Do I eat my calories as if I'm maintaining my weight or as if I'm still trying to lose?

That's what I've been doing. MFP will only let me lose 1 pound a week which is fine. I'm just still trying to figure out if I should focus more on weight loss or my measurements. And I'm starting to think that my goal of dropping 20lbs will be unrealistic. That'll put me at a BMI of 19. I never realized how low that was…

My BMI is 22 and I was always healthy. I put weight on during 3 pregnancies. Just 30 pounds every time, and I'd take most of it back off after. I'm down quite a bit now but my goal was to lose 20 more lbs as this is my last little one. Since I started doing shred 1 week ago I have lost 2" on my butt and 1" around my belly.…

I love shred. And 10 minutes solutions - Dance it off. And I have one yoga tape.

I eat a little bit before I exercise. Just enough to not feel hungry. And then have my real breakfast after I'm done exercising.
