  • Sorry, I just saw this post tonight! I ran my 1/2 marathon last Saturday and loved it! I did really well until about mile 8.5 and started getting horrible stomach cramps! I still finished in under 3 hours which I am really happy about! I know I will do so much better next year!

  • I have a large chest and use a compression bra. I like it really tight against me holding them up and in! :) Maybe the padding is so people can't see the nips when they get hard. (Can I say that on MFP?)

  • I do Body Pump and Body Combat at Gold's Gym. I love both classes for different reasons. I've been running on the treadmill more lately because I'm running my 1st half marathon next weekend. As soon as I get back from that I will be starting back on the classes everyday!

  • Make sure your weight is on your heels, not on your toes. I use one all the time and this doesn't happen to me.
