I'm 229lb, 23 years old, female, and 5'4". My goal weight is 150, but really I would be happy with 160 - 170.

I'm looking for women who are around my same weight, or have been around the same weight. I'm looking for friends I can relate to.

    Hi! I'm 25, 5'7", started at 231 lbs, got down to 185 on my own. Joined Mfp a few weeks ago, I was 179.5 at last weigh in. My final goal is 140.

    Hi I have only just joined MFP but have lost 11 lbs in the last month taking me down to 210lbs

    I am a 5' 7" 48 year old woman looking to sort myself out and get fit, my 'ideal' goal is 140 but I think that may be unrealistic so 150 - 155lbs is where I hope to be this time next year

    I am hoping the the community here will give me ideas and help keep me motovated

    It's nice to here from people with similar goals

    I am 5' 11" and am 233#. My goal is to get to 200# then go down from there. Don't be discouraged...we can do it!! (I have been on myfitnesspal for just one week)...and I don't have any weight loss yet......

    Hey there, I'm 5'4 and started around 198lbs. My goal weight is around 150lbs. I figure that I will be at a healthy weight at that amount since when I was at that weight I was in a size 8-10 pant size and I could actually wear clothes from Hollister that fit me. I'll send you an add.

    I am 33, 5' 7", and started at 250. Last weigh in I was 234.5. I am working hard and hoping to get to 150. I would be happy with 160 though :)

    I'm 5'7" and started out at 210...down now to 193...Goal weight is 160...feel free to add me, although don't judge me on my diary right now...my Dad died on Tuesday and I'm struggling to eat. Trying to stay healthy while grieving is hard.

  • I'm 5'2 and 203lbs. I started this journey 11 days ago, and I lost 1 lb. But then this morning I weighed myself and gained it back? Not sure what's going on there, but I am looking for all the friends I can get. I need motivation because I am definately getting frustrated. I hope your journey is going well though.     Hi there. Feel free to add me. Lord knows I can use all the help I can get. I'm 5'6" and started at 258 (the heaviest I've ever been). I haven't set a specific goal, but ultimately would like to see myself around the 160-range. I just try to take it a pound at a time, knowing this is my way of life now, and it will take a long time for me to lose it in a healthy - and permanent - manner.

    I'm 5'9" 220 and looking to be around 160-170 too! I don't think that it's realistic to hope for less than that. I've already lost 50 lbs (not with MFP - just with healthier living) but plateaued horribly... so here I am. Feel free to add me! :)

    Hiii! I'm Courtney. I started losing weight in December. I'm 5'3ish & started at 250 #'s. My Goal weight is around 140ish. I'll see when I get there. But so far I've lost 29#'s (putting me at 221#) & I've gone through a lot in the past 2 months. But Imma keep chuggin along. :) Anybody can feel free to add me!

    I'm 36, 5'11" and started at 250. I got down to 208 on my own and then joined MFP. I'm now down 15 more pounds (but I only record my weight loss on Saturdays so it shows 12 pounds lost) so that puts me at 193 currently. My goal weight is 155 but I am very small boned so that number is not unrealistic for me. Feel free to add me if you want. Also, I haven't posted any large pictures of myself because I can't look at them without crying. Silly, I know but hopefully I will post some next week.

    When I started last Jan (Jan 2011)I was 23, 232lbs, and in December (2011, 11 months later) I got down to my goal of 164lbs.
    I'm now 24, still here, still on the wagon, still at goal, very happy to help motivate/support any way I can

    I was around the exact weight when I was your age and stayed that weight for til I was 26. Glad your trying to make the change now. I wish I would have started earlier.
