I have plenty to do im just running around all day and wanna relax lol. Thanks for your input!! I do definitely need to be more aware of what im eating. How can i held be more accountable for what im eating besides mfp and my own guilt? Thats what i need help on lol.

thanks everyone! a friend told me to take a couple days off 30ds so i took 2 days off and today am back on 30ds doing day 23, on the level 3, and because i took that rest, i lost 2.2 lbs! yay! soooo i suggest if you have went straight through 30ds and into level 3 and you have been stalled for weeks, take a day or two off!…

i call my "cheat days" the days i go over my calorie goal OR go out to eat and not eating as healthy as i should at the restaurant (like i LOVE olive garden but when i go there i cant help but binge on breadsticks... plus the meal i get there is 1150 calories without bread and salad or soup!) i usually get about 40 fl oz a day which is not enough ive heard! so i need to try harder to drink more water. ive also thought about sodium but am not sure how to lower it as fish and cheese and healthy things like that all has it naturally in it... im going to stop shaking the salt shaker as much! is salt-substitute good…

yes i measure. no changes what so ever the past 10 days. like i said in the top post. and my calorie goal is 1610 and i usually eat between 1300 and 1700 depending on how hungry i am and how much exercise ive done that day

thanks for responding! The backwards diet sounds interesting i will give it a try! I do eat all my calories i eat between 1300-1700 (my goal is 1610) so i only go over towards 1700 when i did a good amount of exercise. eating is definitely not an issue for me. I am on day 21, consecutive days, no rest. today is my first day of level 3. i lost 1 lb and 1 inch off my natural waist the first 10 days. these past 10 days ive had no change in inches off my body, and i have gained 2.6 lbs. im discouraged and pissed.

its circuit training, not curcuit, thats probably why you cant find it. spelling is key.

Well im very pleased to hear this! I wasnt sure exactly what type of exercises is on 30ds so if it was a bunch of crunches i wont be able to do but like half of them so i can go slower and try to avoid pain. I think portion size and exercise will effect the weightloss too i just wonder how long it will take until it takes…

Aw man!! I would be doing the same thing! i dont think i can stand having wide hips and saggy muffin belly forever, erg! I am wondering if there is anything that can help saggy skin? i know gradually and slowly losing weight the right way with exercise will help tighten skin, but i see success stories with saggy belly skin…

i usually zigzag between 1200 to 1600 cals a day, trying to stay at 1400 so if im hungry and need a snack i will have room for that. but it also depends on my exercise too because if i burned 200-400 cals i will eat from 1400-1700 calories

Yes i have tried yoga and i do love it, its pretty challenging for me because my muscles are weak and i have no balance, but i havnt been in a while! i joined a gym under 2 yrs ago and they offer classes that i go to sometimes but i have started liking the zumba better.. so i try to do that once to twice a week if possible…
