The same thing was happening to my husband when he was doing it. I think it is muscle gain. I have done it twice and have gained so much muscle from it. I would be surprised if you were actually gaining fat.

Im seeing great results. Im almost done with my second time through. Im on my final week. Just take it one day at a time, one exercise at a time and go for your best and you will see results.

I completely agree with you and glad you have come to the point in your life where you can share with God and others your true feelings. That can be so hard to do if we aren't used to doing it.

Im 5'6.5" My goal weight is around 140 but won't know for sure exactly what it will end up being. If I can continue to replace fat with muscle I wont mind if Im not 140. I just want to look fit and toned. I have a medium build. I currently weigh 149 but started at 186.

Tae Bo is one of my favorite go to workout videos especially the Advanced #1 DvD. It is great for your whole body including the core. It firms my stomach up even though you don't get on the floor and do sit ups.

Do you have a Subway near you for lunch? Even Chick-Fil-A grilled chicken sandwich is a good choice. If you do a little investigating you might find something healthy around. I wouldn't skip a meal because you will probably be very hungry by dinner and make a bad choice then.
