Alright, I have started running again. First goal: Achieved.

Now that I am actually training for a particular race, I need to do some form of crosstraining. But, I want my crosstraining to be fun. My roommate has decided to crosstrain with insanity and i think she is just that: insane. I would like to NOT kill myself, thanks. Or at least have fun while I am doing it.

I was thinking maybe turbofire? Anyone have any other ideas?

I like BodyPump, Spin classes and use the elliptical, Arc trainer and rowing for cross training on days I am not running.
