That's great that he loves you the way you are, means no pressure on you to change. However, as long as he also understands that whilst he loves you the way you are, you don't love yourself that way, and his support will help you get to a place where you are happy with you.

Add a little honey to it. Or chop up an apple and mix the yogurt and apple together, it's my go to dessert!

I use JeFit to keep track of reps and create circuits etc. It's pretty useful.

Another Taekwondo guy here, i've been training for almost a year, and whilst I haven't lost much weight, I have lost inches from my waist and my general fitness, flexibility, and even outlook on things have improved. It's probably the best thing i've ever started and motivates me hugely to do better.

Bodyweight workouts are your friend here, they are fantastic as they require no equipment. Things like squats, lunges, push ups, pull ups, burpees/baby burpees, squat jumps, hopscotch. I mix it up but today's green smoothie is carrot, broccoli, savoy cabbage, romaine lettuce, cucumber, pineapple, and 100ml of fresh squeezed orange juice. It's a veggie packed power smoothie.
