The Directors in our office are the only ones with height adjustable desks. One always has it in the sitting position! One has got back problems and it helps him. My husband works in an office where everyone has those desks and he feels much better with it. I am quite jealous as I spend so long sat at my desk I know it's…

If I go length swimming I'm up 6am and walk to the pool, finish about 8:15 and get a lift there to work. Not a great morning person for exercise but I might get up at 6am for some yoga or a workout DVD. I'm usually in bed by 10:30

I'm same height with similar goals. Feel free to friend me. :)

Sounds similar to me and my husband. He has good genetics and naturally lean. Recently he went for hypnothery and a really random side effect is he's totally off sugar and chocolate! I'm trying to lose weight and he's trying to maintain as he's lost a few pounds recently. I can't add bread and cheese to his diet too much…

Ask yourself if you're hungry or if you're just craving a biscuit. If you're hungry then you will be happy to eat something healthy instead. I have the same issue where I work and will crave biscuits if I'm bored or stressed. I know I am an emotional eater. I tend to drink peppermint tea at work since the flavour puts me…

I'd recommend going to some local classes to get some ideas of the different types. Home yoga is great, but you need a teacher first to make sure you're doing it correctly. My sister is currently doing fornightly private yoga classes to help with back and hip pain. If you want to look online for some ideas, YouTube and…

I searched spinning classes near me and found a lot of these. Thing is my folks recently got some sheep and I was thinking about learning to wool spin. Doh!

I've started NROL and I'm still in stage 1 at the moment. I'm enjoying it and I'm increasing the amount on the weights and I can actually do a decent set of push ups now. I haven't really looked into any other lifting regimes so I can't really be biased to NROL but I would like to think I could keep it up the whole 6…

Try and incorporate exercise into something you enjoy, something fun. Keep trying different sports until you find something you love. Try doing exercise outside where there is more stimulus, you can look around you rather than at a TV screen or a wall in a gym. Make sure you have a good playlist on your iPod. The times I…

Shock absorbers are brilliant. I'm 34/E and they don't move when i'm wearing mine.
-
Have a mint or some chewing gum or brush your teeth if you can. That puts me off eating something i shouldn't.
-
ok thanks for your help :)
-
have you tried Shockabsorber? I'm 34E and mine don't move. :)

alternative is to wrap a towel or belt around a stable object like a stair banister and use that to keep form while you squat.

120 goal would be nice. I've always been heavy. I did get down to about 132lbs but crept up over a few years to 144lbs.

Welcome to add me. I use to drink to relax after a stressy day at work, but i hardly touch it now. It helps as my other half doesn't drink at all.
