  • My wife and I are both on here as well. I have lost about 25 lbs and she has lost about 15 lbs. It feels great to have support from your partner and give them support when they need it. Glad to hear there are other couples out there having success together!!
  • Probably due to the fact that you are getting into a physically better shape. Not using as much effort to do the same amount of work will translate to lower calorie burning.
  • Personally I would put sedentary and see how that goes. If you put lightly active and it allows to have a few too many calories, you will probably get discouraged quickly from the lack of weight loss. If, however, you put sedentary and it allows too few calories, you will lose a little quicker (which is good in my book!)…

  • I recently read on a Yahoo news article that water is the better choice. It said that Gatorade is really only beneficial to people like athletes that are doing EXTENSIVE exercise and workouts. Like other people have mentioned, it is just extra calories and sugar.
