back in the days when I was in basic training our DI had a 250 club and a 500 club (number of pushups you owed for dumb stuff ya did or didn't do). I was in stunning shape back then and was perpetually in the 500 club! grrrr! Bringing back fond memories now aren't ya? I will report back with my progress-Thanks!!

your weight can vary throughout the day also so try to get on the scale at about the same time of day each time. I find that I actually weigh less in the middle of the day not first thing in the morning. My weight actually varies up to 3 or 4 lbs throughout the day. Maybe it depends on how much water you take in and so…

Just be careful...I quit smoking about 9 years ago, started working out, lost 20 or so lbs.....and the next thing ya know I was 34 and pregnant.
