Thursday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Push-ups

Let's see if we can do 100 of them.
We are only doing 100 because for todays challenge I want you to do them the hardest way you can.

You can do them any style and you have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.
You can log these challenges as "Calisthenics" I hear.

Mini, Mini goal; This one is a tough one so don't feel at all bad if you can't do them. See how many of these Push ups you can do as Push Up Jacks. They are tough but this is a challenge!

    I'm going to try to do the girly push-ups. I have absolutely no arm strength so I will probably have to do them in 1's! lol

    Going to have to split them up into 10s..but let's see if I can do it! :D (I have TERRIBLE upper body strength!)

    I am gonna see....usually can't do more than 20....but I haven't tried in a while, so we'll see!

  • Will attempt - it's 92º with humidity so thick just moving is an exercise in swimming. I never seem to finish these challenges but they do get me going! as for the Jacks - probably not today!!!!!

    I did the first ten the regular way, then the remaining ones modified. One step at a time :) Got'em all finished!

    back in the days when I was in basic training our DI had a 250 club and a 500 club (number of pushups you owed for dumb stuff ya did or didn't do). I was in stunning shape back then and was perpetually in the 500 club! grrrr! Bringing back fond memories now aren't ya? I will report back with my progress-Thanks!!

    100 Completed I did it in 4 sets 25!

    I did it. I did sets of 10 throughout the day. I did "Real push-ups" from the plank position. My son tells me to try bringing my arms in closer, but I will save that for a stronger day. Yeah!

    :grumble: Only 20 for me. And that was pretty damn tough...Maybe 20 more before bed if I'm feeling on the crazy side...
