    I DID IT!!! My arms feel like dead log now. Did 20 for 3 sets, then 10 for four sets...the last couple of sets were tough...but I did it!!! Yay!

    I did it! I even did 55 of them wide leg, which means I am getting closer to no more girlie push ups!!

    I completed mine in sets of 10 and all them were push up jacks.

    thanks for the motivation- loved trying to fit them in yesterday! I think I'll be doing something like this more often :)

    I got 50 done on my yoga ball after my cardio workout. It was killer! I was sore all over yesterday....Saturday may have to be a rest day, or at least a light work out day!
