Everyone thank Crystal for helping out while I was on vacation. She did a wonderful job and I'm very happy she was able to keep everyone going!!

Today's challenge: Crunches

Let's see if we can do 450.

You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
