Maybe you can also try a water filter on your faucet to see if that works. I have a Brita water pitcher and that is all I drink. Bottled water can get very expensive... Doesn't hurt to try. :happy:

I am open to having new friends on here.. We all need the motivation and support, especially of those that know what we are going through. Weight loss isn't easy... I mean you didn't put it all on overnight, so don't expect to lose it all overnight :)

I have never tried Popchips, but have always wanted to try them. I have had Special K cracker chips and I really like them. I keep them on hand when I am craving something like regular chips which used to be my weakness :happy: Aren't Popchips a little more expensive than the Special K cracker chips?

I have never tried quinoa, tofu, or almond butter, want to try it, but never can find almond butter or quinoa in the stores :ohwell: ...Just bought some vanilla flavored almond milk and going to try it for the first time tomorrow with my Special K cereal ... :happy:

My question is she uses the lighter weight hand weights, but doesn't say exactly what weight they are.. I have 8 pound weights at home and was wondering if it was okay to start off this exercise program with them ?

I would say that drinking water is one of the most beneficial things you can do for your body, besides eating healthy and exercising. Sodas just dehydrate you, and make you want to drink more of them... and like everyone else said, sodas actually contain alot of sodium and make you retain water. If you don't really like…
