Ok, here is one I have been working on... NO frozen meals. I am trying to eat fresh and healthy, not preservative filled.0

@ BattNAt
It will. I have been challenging myself to not go out to lunch. I have been bringing 1/2 lb lunch meat, one loaf of bread, pretzels, hummus and fruit for lunch and I keep it all at work (we have that option). I have been saving $30 a week from not eating out every day. All the above mentioned food cost me about $12 a week.... Eating out was costing almost $10 a day!
You can do this!0 -
I'm going the entire month of October without getting on the scale0

Who said anything about a husband?
Either you need another man or the ever reliable Mary Palmer - you are naughty guys!0 -

How many calories are you going to lose if you do this for a month?0 -

Steal tastes from my kids or "spear fishing" while I am in the kitchen. So hard to track those calories. Much of my extra pounds comes down to BLTs. - bites, licks and tastes!0

I am willing to workout 5 times a week. I have been slacking on that part of the weight loss :grumble:0

Gym challenge: Do more than a warm up on the rowing machine at the gym. Time a 2k sprint, and repeat at the end of the month, hoping for improvement. #edit: obviosuly with some rowing in between!
Diet-wise : Have more self control regarding my snacks. Even though they're healthy, I could probably do without some of them.
Continue to avoid chocolate for month 3!
Have 5 carb-free meals a week.
Other challenges: Have a half marathon booked a week on Sunday!0 -
